General: We DO NOT condone street racing. Racing is best left on
the track. Please don’t endanger your own life as well as the lives
of others. Play it smart, and play it safe.
All parts may not be street-legal in your area. Please check with
local authorities for which parts would be legal for use in your
area. We do not hold any responsibility for the use of our parts.
Shipping: All orders are shipped by DHL/Loomis ground service within
continental North America. All air shipments (next day, second day,
or three day select) and over size shipments are also available upon
customers' requests. All refused orders are subject to 25%
restocking charges plus freight charges. DHL is used for
international customers, and as such, any
brokerage/duties/customs/taxes are a responsibility of the customer.
Terms: All payments are due on ordering. We accept bank wire
transfers, all credit cards (via PayPal only, subject to 7% Paypal
Fees) or money order/cashier's check drawn under US currency. All
prices listed are MSRP and are in US currency (unless otherwise
stated). All Canadian customers have the choice to pay in Canadian
or US funds (dependant upon payment method).
(Dealers) Company check is acceptable upon credit approval only.
Company check approval requires some restrictions and may take 6 to
9 weeks for processing. Please consult with your sales
representative for company check approval in details. All NSF checks
will be charged $55.00 for accounting service fee. Open accounts are
only available to qualified wholesale accounts upon providing an
annual sales report, additional CPA documentation and signed
personal guarantee forms. Minimum monthly purchasing amount required
for wholesale/distributor accounts. Dealers will not be issued
any account credit until six months after the initial order.
Credit is based on credit rating as well as past history. If
credit is issued, any outstanding balances will be subject to 19.5%
interest per annum compounded daily from the date at which the item
is ordered. Accounts with outstanding balances which reach
three months will be subject to a debt collection agency taking
receivership of the outstanding amount. All fees in relation
to collecting these outstanding funds will be payable by the company
that incurred the outstanding balance.
Returns and Exchanges: If you decide to refund a product, the refund
is based upon us receiving the product in the same condition (ie: in
orginal packaging and UNUSED), as it was when it left our vicinity.
We are not liable for the damages made by courier companies. All
products that can be shipped with insurance will be shipped with
insurance. Also note, for a refund/return of a product, the cost of
return is either (a) Pre-Paid by you, or (b) Deducted off the refund
amount. There is a 20% re-stocking fee if you choose to
refund/return the item. Special orders are subject to a 35%
re-stocking fee. You have 15 days from the time your order is
confirmed with a tracking #, or 5 days from the time of your receipt
of the product.
Order Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order on a product
before it ships, there is a 20% re-stocking fee. If it is a special
order item, there will be a 50% re-stocking fee associated with
canceling an order.
Warranty: All products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty
against defects from factory. Please note that warranty will not be
valid if the product has been modified without our consent, damaged
in an accident, or abused. Normal wear and tear is not valid basis
for a warranty claim. We reserve the right to determine
whether or not the product is eligible under warranty.
For a warranty claim, a Warranty Return Number (WRN#) must be
obtained, or no processing of the claim will occur.
Any product that has been used in competition (ie: not normal street
use) will void its warranty automatically.
Products not manufactured by us will carry a manufacture’s warranty
that will be handled accordingly. Warranties will be provided for
factory defects only. Warranty claims are subject to submission to
the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement of
merchandise. iON Performance does not honor warranty caused by
shipping carrier, improper handling or installation, any
modification, neglect or abuse. All defective merchandise will be
either repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of iON
Performance from evaluation. No warranty will be honored without WRN#.
Negligence on by the user is not the basis of a valid warranty
claim. (ie: installing an exhaust system incorrectly, and causing
damage to the part)
We are not responsible for reimbursement of costs associated with a
warranty claim. (ie: shipping, rental car, labor charges etc).
By placing an order, this means that you have read our policy and
fully understand the terms and conditions.
